After finding a bad leak in our roof we contacted a few places for estimates, Premier Roofing won me over when they sent out salesman Kai Sabada. He was friendly, took his time, answered all my questions and was highly knowledgeable! After a few hiccups, we are very pleased with the outcome. Even after the job was done, Kai gave me his contact and said he could come help with a few more projects we needed done. We now have beautiful metal skirting that matches our new roof. Highly recommend!

Just had our roof done in Cortland by Premier Roofing. Overall, we had an excellent experience with them. They were professional, easy to communicate with and did a great job on the roof itself all in one day. Their crew left our yard spotless after. They care about their clients and the work shows it. We would highly recommend Premier Roofing.
Had them do small roof metal was scratched up. They left old rotten wood underneath, the whole crew didn't speak English so I had no way to communicate to them. They had to come back and fix stuff,screw all over pathway where kids walk.

Very pleased with our experience with the company. Adil gave us all the options and listened to our requests, helped us tremendously with choosing the right skylights and saved us a lot of money by finding the ones we really needed.Very professional and very quick to reply when we had questions.Ethan did his best in scheduling the installation, and the job was done only in two days, though our roof is pretty big.The crew was very efficient, quick and well organized.The price was very fair and overall experience with Premiere Roofing was a pleasure. **long but worth the read**I could not recommend a company more. Premier roofing dealt with my unique situation with nothing but kindness, patience, communication, teamwork and respect. I had to purchase my home using an FHA 203k (rehab mortgage) due to the state of the house. The constant push backs and problems I ran into while trying to close on my house were beyond frustrating for myself but also for the multiple contractors I had arrangements with. I lost companies due to this, but not Premier Roofing. They stuck with me through it all and were nothing but understanding, patient, and kind. This was my first time buying a home, and it was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with. If not for the fact that I had an emotional attachment to this property I would have given up on it and looked for another home. But this was my childhood home, and I didn’t want to see it become another abandoned building left to rot and eventually cave in. The roof had been in disarray for my entire life, but in the last 10 years it couldn’t handle the test of time. The one side had gotten so bad that it had begun to leak inside the house, within the last 3 years the leak had gotten so bad that when it rained outside, it rained inside. It sat vacant for a couple years, and when my Dad told me that he was going to sell the house to a bank for a fraction of what it was worth I made the decision to buy it. I knew it would be a long and hard process to save this house, but I had hope. If not for the support and commitment to stay with me to see this project through I would never have gotten to see one of my lifelong dreams come true. This house was more than just a piece of property to me, and Premier Roofing new that. So they stuck with me through it all, I could not say thank you enough to this company. After a grueling almost 2 years, the day finally came where I was able to close on my home. Then the day finally came for them to come out and install my new roof and the team showed up and worked their butts off to do what I had been told by other companies, friends, and even family wouldn’t be possible to do.My house is 124 years old, and this new roof is only the 3rd one it has had. The amount of work needed to be done I was told would cost me more than the home was worth, an would take weeks to do. Premier Roofing did it in 2 days, they took the entire one side completely off, and the entire front porch roof as well. They replaced it with a beautiful new roof and gave this house a fresh new start. All within a beyond reasonable cost, something I was also told wouldn’t be possible. The team of men that came out were beyond professional, worked insanely hard and fast, were meticulous in cleaning up during the entire process. The ladies in the office, especially Meghan (I hope all your dreams come true girl) were so beyond amazing. If you live close enough to this company and need a new roof, I could not recommend a better company to go through. & again, to Premier Roofing, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made my childhood dream possible and I couldn’t be more grateful for you. I wish you all nothing but the best and I will always have nothing but love for this company. 10/10 recommend.
My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism the crew of Primier Roofing handle the installation of our new roof and skylights. They came prepared with appropriate tools and accessories. The crew covered the perimeter of the house with large sheets of plastic, to protect the plants and outdoor furnitures. After the finished the job, in one and half day, they cleaned everything and left the house super clean. We are happy with the results and highly recommend them.
Can't recommend Premier enough! They were professional, on time, respectful, and in budget.My only regret is I don't have another roof for them to do!
First, let me start with the good. Kai, came out to my house, took an aerial view of my house, measured it for angles and was very professional. The subcontractors that they used to do the roof did an amazing job! I do not believe Premier Roofing actually has a Roofing crew, they simply use subcontractors as far as I can tell.1-They started my job before they obtained a building permit. That didn’t go over very well with the code enforcement officer.2-Ethan, is an excellent a** kisser., who say “Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention” then proceeds to blame everyone else for any issue. He tells you exactly what he want to hear, but doesn’t follow up with his promises.3-I had a considerable amount of lawn work done the week before the job. I left explicit directions to deliver the materials in either one of my two driveways they were left, you guessed it, on the top soil. There are ruts in my front lawn from a forklift. I was promised by Ethan on three separate occasions that they would be fixed by them and that they would not pay the contractor who did the lawn in the first place to fix them. They were not fixed the job is done and I guess I’ll be fixing them myself Since he’s no longer replying to me.

Premier Roofing finished our roof 2 days ago, and we could not be happier! The estimator, Adil, was great and very knowledgeable. We'd spoken to 2 or 3 companies before Premier, but none of them gave us the insight or the good feeling that we received from Adil and the rest of the Premier crew.The crew arrived early in the morning (on the day they said they would), and they never stopped working. Our roof was completed that same day, and the crew stayed here cleaning up until dark. Very little trash from the old roof remained - just a few scraps the the guys probably did not see in the evening light. We appreciated their extra care with items and landscaping lights around the house, making sure everything was out of harm's way before tearing off the old roof layers. I absolutely recommend Premier Roofing to anyone in need of this service. Thank you Adil and everyone at Premier for making our home look like new! We are really happy.
PREMIER ROOFING, SIDNEY, NYI had Premier Roofing replace all shingles and 35 plywood sheathing on my 3,400 sq ft residence in the Catskill Mountains on July 13, 2024. They did uncover a surprising amount of sheathing rot and am glad I had the work done before any structural damage occurred. It took a crew of 12 roofers 9 hours to complete the job with complete cleanup, including a magnet sweep. The crew needed minimal supervision as it was apparent they had plenty of experience and were self-guided.Premier included 15 4’x8’ sheathing in the price, and had other work included, including full flashing of anything vertical (chimney, vents, etc.), removal and roofing over an unused chimney, installed a damaged gutter in the rear, and several other enhancements. That they are certified by Owens Corning was good to know.Premier was easy to work with and they dealt with issues promptly and satisfactorily. I received a 50-year work warranty from them and a 50-year Owens Corning products warranty. Before and after aerial videos, using a drone, was a fun feature.Special thanks to Alex, the office manager, who made himself available at any time I needed him.I recommend them.Chuck

Happy to say that Premier's people did our job just like they said they would, in one day, correctly. Happy to say and change my rating from a paltry 2 stars to 5 stars! For privacy reasons I won't post images of my own house, but, it came out as expected, which this company is supposed to be known for.Kai (sp?) was the name of our Salesperson/Point of contact and he went above and beyond for us and so did the crew.
I have hired them to do two roofs. One a commercial and one home property. The commercial roof came out very nice. I was not impressed with the cleanup or the workers using the bathroom in the bushes. However overall the roof looks very nice. When I hired them to do my house, there were issues. they said it needed additional plywood and we were quoted 500, I gave the okay and we were then billed 5000. Next we were told that at the top of the roof where there is a bulge, once heated during summer it would lay flat. We have had record highs for weeks now and it's still bulging. There was significant water damage to the side of the house they never told us about. There was no way they didn't see it and never told us. I assume they just put plywood over it. Update: Now they are saying 'Sorry it's not that the roof needed to heat, the bulge is because that's how your roof is shaped.' Well it wouldn't bother me so much if I hadn't paid an extra 5000.00 to re plywood the whole thing or the fact I have a ton of pictures of the house with a ugly roof but no bulge there. For the cost, the roof should at least be flat. Just buyer beware and read the face book reviews as well. More detailed than googles.
I ended up using a different company. With an active leak in my roof (in Norwich) I reached out to Premier knowing them to be a local business. We set up an appointment but the day of I got a text asking to do a remote viewing with an in person follow up the next week. I reluctantly agreed.What I got was a text 3 days later asking me to confirm the satellite images were of the correct house. Meanwhile....roof actively leaking. I confirmed accuracy of the pictures and a few hours later got a quote that stated deteriorated wood and roofing accessories not included and a "call me with questions" text but no plan to reschedule coming to see it in person. The flippant salesman didn't leave me feeling confident in the company or the work they'd be doing.On the other hand, Erie Home came from Syracuse the day after I called them, gave me quotes INCLUDING all of the anticipated deteriorated wood, and roofing accessories, solidified financing and scheduled my installation at my dining room table. The estimate was larger but ACCURATE. I wasnt afraid I'd have half my roof torn off only to find out the additional bill for wood and accessories was unmanageable. My roof was completed very quickly after!@SP
Premier roofing did a awesome job from start to finish. Kai nailed the estimate, made me feel confident Meghan responded to all of our calls, questions promptly, and professionally. Was amazed how fast they completed the job and how awesome our new roof looks. I was not able to be there for the roof installation because of my work schedule so I was a little worried, all those worries went away when I got home that evening and the crew was working diligently and professionally and they even worked into the dark to clean up yard. Neighbors commented on what nice job they were doing. I will recommend Premier roofing to everyone I know that needs a roof. Great service great price!!! Thanks Premier
From start to finish they did a beautiful job! Their estimate representative Kai was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We were lucky enough that with only one layer of shingles on our roof we did not need an entire tear off but the roof did need to be completely repaired. They were honest at the shingles that we had on hand were good and could be used for the job. Between the estimate and the actual roof repair was less than a week and the actual repair only took one day! The job looks beautiful and I have peace of mind that during the next big storm I roof will not leak! It was also such a great relief that they offer financing for us that cannot afford a repair so big out of pocket. Their office representative Megan was also so very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! I'm very happy that we went with premier roofing!
We would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone, and especially Adil, who steered us in the right direction on our project. His honesty and integrity were obvious to us and everything he told us turned out to be true. The whole crew worked together as professionals. They worked on my 200 year old house as if it was a swiss watch, everything to perfection. We were amazed that they called on a Friday afternoon (holiday weekend) and the roof was completely finished Sunday night. Also, Megan and Audrey were most helpful with the details. We are 100% satisfied.
I found Premier Roofing to be a very sophisticated, well oiled running machine. Everyone from the initial sales person who conducted the first on site visit to the construction crew, and to management were incredibly friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They even provided aerial footage of the new roof construction and completion for us. These days it is hard to find such quality workmanship as that provided by Premier. I highly recommend Premier; they do outstanding work. We had a multi-component job: 3 layers of old roofing to tear off, decommissioned chimney stack to drop, and the need for new gutters. Premier was able to make all that happen and the job was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The new roof looks amazing. Adam, the Carpenter, was very skilled in his profession as he finished the interior work framing the skylights. Adam's communication with us was very timely and succinct. I was not here when the roofers were working on the project but my husband would state that they were very professional, efficient and hardworking.

Premier was recommended to me by a friend and neighbor so after some serious storm damage, I gave them a shout. Their rep, Adil Z. came out to take a look-see and to provide me with an estimate. Adil is extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an all-around nice guy. I opted to switch from shingle to a Hunter Green metal roof, after Adil went through the pros and cons for both roof types. On May 1st, 2024, I received a phone call from Premier asking if it was OK for them to start the project on the 2nd to which I readily agreed, the materials having already been delivered a few days prior. I agreed, and at 7:30 in the morning, an army of workers arrived, and these guys are the "Energizer Bunnies" of the roofing world. I got exhausted just by watching them do their thing, which included stripping several layers of shingles and replacing some of the plywood support structure! They worked right into dusk and voila, the project was completed. The roof looks fabulous, and the grounds were cleaned spotless (better than before they started lol) I rarely do this, but I called Adil to compliment the company on their work ethic and results. Next, they will be replacing my gutters, and I won't even bother to shop around (why mess with success?). Clearly, I can't say enough good things about Premier Roofing and recommend them without a hint of reservation. And just for the record, this review is neither solicited nor compensated to me in any shape or form. 5 Stars (more like 100) and A+++++++!
They did my mother's roof a year and a half ago. she is ALREADY having leaks.. I would stay away from this company with with everything you have. thankfully it has currently been fixed by another company. Just wanted people to be aware.
Absolute pleasure dealing with Premier roofing. Right from the start, returning phone calls and dealing with any issues that came up. They always did the right thing. They took extra steps to make sure our roof got put on in February. (Clearing snow days before)As far as workmanship they roof came out beautifully. They were done in a few days.Even down to the last day they came through and cleaned up. Job site was spotless when they left.Being in the building trades myself I have high expectations. I am 100% satisfied with my Premier Roofing experience. My 3 story 140 year old barn needed substantial rafter and purlin repair in addition to a metal roof replacement. The work was done meticulously, keeping the interior Post and Beam construction intact. The exterior Panel - Loc Plus 26 gauge metal roof is beautiful and completely boasts the look of a classic Upstate NY Barn. I plan to use Premiere for future projects.
They not only cleaned up every night, they even made sure all nails and screws were picked up. They picked up all the trash, even after it was done, they did the same thing.
Well I have to say I would highly recommend getting your roof done by Premier as the crews are very knowledgeable and professional in their work. It was a pleasure working with everyone I was in contact with at Premier Roofing from start to finish. Everyone was extremely professional, took the time to answer my questions, and completed the roof in the time frame promised. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs you may have.
We hired Premier Roofing to replace the roof on the extension of our house as well as replace the flashing on two sections of the chimney.The problems began when the subcontractors used by Premier Roofing reversed into our garage, causing significant damage to the siding. At no point during the day did they inform us of this despite the fact I was at home that day. They then attempted to patch the damage without our consent.We only knew of this because my wife arrived home and saw the damage done. We called Premier Roofing who accepted fault and said they'd send Adam out to check the damage.We were also unhappy with the job the subcontractors had done with the flashing as we believe it looked shoddy and unprofessional. The brick work was cut in too far, the flashing was poorly cut, there was silicone smeared over the chimney stack, the silicone around the flashing had visible gaps in it and there are areas of the white flashing where red brick dust had been siliconed over – causing it to look dirty.Adam arrived and told us the flashing looked fine to him (look at the pictures in this review to judge for yourself) but we could talk to the main office if we insisted on getting it replaced. The repair work to the outside of the garage looked okay to us so we agreed to let it slide.Premier Roofing agreed to replace the flashing and said they'd send Adam out to replace it the following week. A day before he was due to replace the flashing, Premier Roofing called and said he was “out of town”. Rather than send anyone else out to replace the flashing, they offered us $150 to forget about it. We said we'd think about it but weren't happy with the outcome.The next morning I also discovered that a beam that holds the garage door had cracked. This beam was in line with where the subcontractor's van had crashed into the garage. At that point we asked Premier Roofing for their insurance details so we could file a claim for repairs to the garage.As it turned out, the subcontractor didn't have commercial vehicle insurance at all so we were unable to file a claim against them. So we had to call Premier Roofing again and ask for them to cover the damage to the garage and replace the flashing as $150 wasn't going to cut it.We received a quote from another roofing company and sent it over. Premier Roofing eventually sent a contract to us that agreed to pay this amount but only if we signed a non-disclosure clause (specifically mentioning negative online reviews) and waived them of all liability. We didn't think it was fair that we should have our silence bought merely for the value of the damage caused and the poor work that needed to be replaced so we refused.We informed them that we'd take them to small claim's court unless they paid for the damages without the non-disclosure clause and liability waiver attached.Rick Ozer, the owner of Premier Roofing, then sent us an email that explained the subcontractor had made a mistake and that's what liability insurance was for. When we wrote back that his subcontractor didn't have the proper insurance and that was a major part of the problem we didn't get another response – although they did finally deduct the damages from our final bill.The entire ordeal took months to deal with and we don't feel like Premier Roofing dealt with it in a professional manner. We had other issues with them and their subcontractor during this process but there's not enough space to mention them all here.We can't recommend Premier Roofing after our experience with them and hope to never have to deal with them again.
Premier Roofing is fast, efficient, and professional. Got a quote in one day. The roof was completed just about 3 weeks after the quote. I am quite happy with the results. It looks great! The installation crew was on-time and fast. They were in and out in one day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. A very good crew. Special thanks to Mo for the fast and professional quote.

This entire experience was so easy and fast. Everyone from the desk workers to the foreman were super nice. The roofers were super fast and I never once saw them slaking off. Turns out my roof had A LOT of dry rot but replacing all the plywood and boards barely slowed them down.
From initial phone call to finished product, a great experience. Very professional operation and responsive communications. A customized quote in a binder produced on-site in his truck by the estimator (Kevin)? Who does that?!? A mailed thank you card for the order? Who does that?!? Premier did both BTW.I am *very* happy with the price, quality of material, and work crew. They did the whole job on my barn in one day; cleaned up afterward and wouldn't even know they were there (except for my beautiful new roof). Everything was quick and seamless from start to finish. Always kept in contact throughout the entire process. Always able to talk to someone when I had questions about anything. Everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. They have tons of options, but we never felt pressured or pushed into anything we didn’t want or need. After 6 estimates and study of the product and ability to handle my Structures needs, the choice was easy. Kevin's evaluation of the roof, attic, garage, overhangs and an estimate that was clear.The drone footage was a great assist. The Village Code Office made it clear no roof over allowed.The trepidations of metal are gone. We had a Terrible experiance with premier.Our Brand new roof and skylights are leaking.We reached out to the manufacturer and contrary to what premier advertises they are not certified installers, which means manufacturer will not warrenty their workmanship.this is in adition to huge damages incurred during instalation.they left the buidling uncovered throughout a series of strong rainstorms leaving our property completly unprotected.All in all a terrible experiance.Would not recomend
I am typing this for my mother who got her roof replaced. The team was very cooperative, nice, respectful and professional through the whole process. It was done quickly with great clean up. Even did some roof repair were needed. Would recommend them to anyone. They also replaced fallen siding from a storm. Gave detailed quotes with pictures and explanations.
I've got to say they did a great job. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced several sheets of plywood and installed new shingles. To say they were fast and thorough would be an understatement. They did all of this in one day and the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Premier roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

I called around to several places and most of them couldn't even come look at my roof to give an estimate for months and I had a leak so I needed it done quickly. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and spoke with Moe until the roof was finished was nothing but complete professionalism! I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and replace my house roof. It only took them 1 day to replace my house roof and my garage roof! Responsiveness was impressive. Was hoping for getting on the list for spring. The whole process was complete with appointments setting, estimate , product delivery and completion within5 weeks. Locally owned, efficient and neat. The professional crew showed up and worked the full day on a Saturday to complete the job. Very satisfied with Premier Roofing from the initial estimate through the final installation. Met with one of the partners who was extremely professional and honest who took the time to go over a few options for me. I decided to opt for a full removal of the existing roof shingles and installation of new asphalt shingles. We also had 4 skylights installed to replace older ones. The job was done in one day by the crew who was supervised by Juan. He was the consumate professional and so very well mannered throughout the project and kept everything moving along. We had a metal roof installed. The crew did a fantastic job. It was so hot out, but they kept on working. We are very happy with how the roof looks. Juan answered any questions we had. I am just waiting on pictures from Juan that he took from above.
Juan and a crew of 7 showed up at 8:15 on a Saturday. They did the whole roof in 1 day. Stripped shingles, removed fiberglass panels from the deck, and replaced 70 sheets of plywood. They installed the new shingles on the house and metal on the deck. At 8:30 that night we had a new roof and a dumpster full of debris. Excellent job and faster than I could have guessed. Call them! They did a great job for us.

Called for an estimate on having our roof replaced. Rick came out in a few days, was very professional and had a very thorough estimate ready quickly. The price was great especially given today's economy and compared to other estimates that we'd gotten. High quality materials were delivered, the crew showed up on time and our new roof was installed in one day (a very long day for the roofers). The roofers worked hard and did a great job including clean-up. Couldn't be happier.
We replaced a shingle roof with a metal one from Premier. They did a great job of installing, and inspecting the roof decking. Their clean up was amazing! They made sure that the area was pristine! The crew was friendly and worked rather than chatting their time away. The new metal roof was on in no time. We were informed of areas that needed additional tlc and they were able to take care of it. Overall a good experience with the installation.In regard to the sales crew, we had our first salesperson no show, and I had to call and find that out. The second one, who was able to come the next day, did a great job with the estimate. The concern was the follow through communication. Things that he stated he would call me about the next day, I ended up calling several days later to get the answers. He was good at communicating when the crew was on the job and questions needed answered.The office staff was phenomenal!! They were responsive to questions and kept us informed of changes regarding crew arrival time.

Premier was incredibly responsive, got someone out quickly to do an estimate and even with Covid shipping and product issues others are having, they were done with the job within 10 days from when we gave them our deposit! The crew was able to install a new roof on my house and garage in about a day and a half. They were really nice and professional. My new roofs look great and the price was good too. I went with the basic black option. Because the material is a little reflective, the black looks a bit more like charcoal than a true black, which is perfect for me.

After finding a bad leak in our roof we contacted a few places for estimates, Premier Roofing won me over when they sent out salesman Kai Sabada. He was friendly, took his time, answered all my questions and was highly knowledgeable! After a few hiccups, we are very pleased with the outcome. Just had our roof done in Cortland by Premier Roofing. Overall, we had an excellent experience with them. Had them do small roof metal was scratched up. They left old rotten wood underneath, the whole crew didn't speak English so I had no way to communicate to them. They had to come back and fix stuff,screw all over pathway where kids walk.

**long but worth the read**I could not recommend a company more. Premier roofing dealt with my unique situation with nothing but kindness, patience, communication, teamwork and respect. I had to purchase my home using an FHA 203k (rehab mortgage) due to the state of the house. The constant push backs and problems I ran into while trying to close on my house were beyond frustrating for myself but also for the multiple contractors I had arrangements with. I lost companies due to this, but not Premier Roofing. They stuck with me through it all and were nothing but understanding, patient, and kind. This was my first time buying a home, and it was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with. If not for the fact that I had an emotional attachment to this property I would have given up on it and looked for another home. But this was my childhood home, and I didn’t want to see it become another abandoned building left to rot and eventually cave in. The roof had been in disarray for my entire life, but in the last 10 years it couldn’t handle the test of time. The one side had gotten so bad that it had begun to leak inside the house, within the last 3 years the leak had gotten so bad that when it rained outside, it rained inside. It sat vacant for a couple years, and when my Dad told me that he was going to sell the house to a bank for a fraction of what it was worth I made the decision to buy it. I knew it would be a long and hard process to save this house, but I had hope. If not for the support and commitment to stay with me to see this project through I would never have gotten to see one of my lifelong dreams come true. This house was more than just a piece of property to me, and Premier Roofing new that. So they stuck with me through it all, I could not say thank you enough to this company. After a grueling almost 2 years, the day finally came where I was able to close on my home. Then the day finally came for them to come out and install my new roof and the team showed up and worked their butts off to do what I had been told by other companies, friends, and even family wouldn’t be possible to do.My house is 124 years old, and this new roof is only the 3rd one it has had. The amount of work needed to be done I was told would cost me more than the home was worth, an would take weeks to do. Premier Roofing did it in 2 days, they took the entire one side completely off, and the entire front porch roof as well. They replaced it with a beautiful new roof and gave this house a fresh new start. All within a beyond reasonable cost, something I was also told wouldn’t be possible. The team of men that came out were beyond professional, worked insanely hard and fast, were meticulous in cleaning up during the entire process. The ladies in the office, especially Meghan (I hope all your dreams come true girl) were so beyond amazing. If you live close enough to this company and need a new roof, I could not recommend a better company to go through. & again, to Premier Roofing, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism the crew of Primier Roofing handle the installation of our new roof and skylights. They came prepared with appropriate tools and accessories. The crew covered the perimeter of the house with large sheets of plastic, to protect the plants and outdoor furnitures. After the finished the job, in one and half day, they cleaned everything and left the house super clean. We are happy with the results and highly recommend them.

First, let me start with the good. Kai, came out to my house, took an aerial view of my house, measured it for angles and was very professional. The subcontractors that they used to do the roof did an amazing job! I do not believe Premier Roofing actually has a Roofing crew, they simply use subcontractors as far as I can tell.1-They started my job before they obtained a building permit. That didn’t go over very well with the code enforcement officer.2-Ethan, is an excellent a** kisser., who say “Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention” then proceeds to blame everyone else for any issue. He tells you exactly what he want to hear, but doesn’t follow up with his promises.3-I had a considerable amount of lawn work done the week before the job. I left explicit directions to deliver the materials in either one of my two driveways they were left, you guessed it, on the top soil. There are ruts in my front lawn from a forklift. I was promised by Ethan on three separate occasions that they would be fixed by them and that they would not pay the contractor who did the lawn in the first place to fix them. They were not fixed the job is done and I guess I’ll be fixing them myself Since he’s no longer replying to me.

Premier Roofing finished our roof 2 days ago, and we could not be happier! The estimator, Adil, was great and very knowledgeable. We'd spoken to 2 or 3 companies before Premier, but none of them gave us the insight or the good feeling that we received from Adil and the rest of the Premier crew.The crew arrived early in the morning (on the day they said they would), and they never stopped working. Our roof was completed that same day, and the crew stayed here cleaning up until dark. Very little trash from the old roof remained - just a few scraps the the guys probably did not see in the evening light. We appreciated their extra care with items and landscaping lights around the house, making sure everything was out of harm's way before tearing off the old roof layers. PREMIER ROOFING, SIDNEY, NYI had Premier Roofing replace all shingles and 35 plywood sheathing on my 3,400 sq ft residence in the Catskill Mountains on July 13, 2024. They did uncover a surprising amount of sheathing rot and am glad I had the work done before any structural damage occurred. It took a crew of 12 roofers 9 hours to complete the job with complete cleanup, including a magnet sweep. The crew needed minimal supervision as it was apparent they had plenty of experience and were self-guided.Premier included 15 4’x8’ sheathing in the price, and had other work included, including full flashing of anything vertical (chimney, vents, etc.), removal and roofing over an unused chimney, installed a damaged gutter in the rear, and several other enhancements. That they are certified by Owens Corning was good to know.Premier was easy to work with and they dealt with issues promptly and satisfactorily. I received a 50-year work warranty from them and a 50-year Owens Corning products warranty. Before and after aerial videos, using a drone, was a fun feature.Special thanks to Alex, the office manager, who made himself available at any time I needed him.I recommend them.Chuck

Happy to say that Premier's people did our job just like they said they would, in one day, correctly. Happy to say and change my rating from a paltry 2 stars to 5 stars! For privacy reasons I won't post images of my own house, but, it came out as expected, which this company is supposed to be known for.Kai (sp?) was the name of our Salesperson/Point of contact and he went above and beyond for us and so did the crew.
I have hired them to do two roofs. One a commercial and one home property. The commercial roof came out very nice. I was not impressed with the cleanup or the workers using the bathroom in the bushes. However overall the roof looks very nice. When I hired them to do my house, there were issues. they said it needed additional plywood and we were quoted 500, I gave the okay and we were then billed 5000. Next we were told that at the top of the roof where there is a bulge, once heated during summer it would lay flat. We have had record highs for weeks now and it's still bulging. There was significant water damage to the side of the house they never told us about. There was no way they didn't see it and never told us. I assume they just put plywood over it. Update: Now they are saying 'Sorry it's not that the roof needed to heat, the bulge is because that's how your roof is shaped.' Well it wouldn't bother me so much if I hadn't paid an extra 5000.00 to re plywood the whole thing or the fact I have a ton of pictures of the house with a ugly roof but no bulge there. For the cost, the roof should at least be flat. Just buyer beware and read the face book reviews as well. More detailed than googles.
I ended up using a different company. With an active leak in my roof (in Norwich) I reached out to Premier knowing them to be a local business. We set up an appointment but the day of I got a text asking to do a remote viewing with an in person follow up the next week. I reluctantly agreed.What I got was a text 3 days later asking me to confirm the satellite images were of the correct house. Meanwhile....roof actively leaking. I confirmed accuracy of the pictures and a few hours later got a quote that stated deteriorated wood and roofing accessories not included and a "call me with questions" text but no plan to reschedule coming to see it in person. The flippant salesman didn't leave me feeling confident in the company or the work they'd be doing.On the other hand, Erie Home came from Syracuse the day after I called them, gave me quotes INCLUDING all of the anticipated deteriorated wood, and roofing accessories, solidified financing and scheduled my installation at my dining room table. The estimate was larger but ACCURATE. I wasnt afraid I'd have half my roof torn off only to find out the additional bill for wood and accessories was unmanageable. My roof was completed very quickly after!@SP

Was amazed how fast they completed the job and how awesome our new roof looks. I was not able to be there for the roof installation because of my work schedule so I was a little worried, all those worries went away when I got home that evening and the crew was working diligently and professionally and they even worked into the dark to clean up yard. From start to finish they did a beautiful job! Their estimate representative Kai was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We were lucky enough that with only one layer of shingles on our roof we did not need an entire tear off but the roof did need to be completely repaired. They were honest at the shingles that we had on hand were good and could be used for the job. Between the estimate and the actual roof repair was less than a week and the actual repair only took one day! The job looks beautiful and I have peace of mind that during the next big storm I roof will not leak! It was also such a great relief that they offer financing for us that cannot afford a repair so big out of pocket. Their office representative Megan was also so very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! I'm very happy that we went with premier roofing!

Premier was recommended to me by a friend and neighbor so after some serious storm damage, I gave them a shout. Their rep, Adil Z. came out to take a look-see and to provide me with an estimate. Adil is extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an all-around nice guy. I opted to switch from shingle to a Hunter Green metal roof, after Adil went through the pros and cons for both roof types. On May 1st, 2024, I received a phone call from Premier asking if it was OK for them to start the project on the 2nd to which I readily agreed, the materials having already been delivered a few days prior. I agreed, and at 7:30 in the morning, an army of workers arrived, and these guys are the "Energizer Bunnies" of the roofing world. I got exhausted just by watching them do their thing, which included stripping several layers of shingles and replacing some of the plywood support structure! They worked right into dusk and voila, the project was completed. The roof looks fabulous, and the grounds were cleaned spotless (better than before they started lol) I rarely do this, but I called Adil to compliment the company on their work ethic and results. Next, they will be replacing my gutters, and I won't even bother to shop around (why mess with success?). Clearly, I can't say enough good things about Premier Roofing and recommend them without a hint of reservation. I am 100% satisfied with my Premier Roofing experience. My 3 story 140 year old barn needed substantial rafter and purlin repair in addition to a metal roof replacement. The work was done meticulously, keeping the interior Post and Beam construction intact. The exterior Panel - Loc Plus 26 gauge metal roof is beautiful and completely boasts the look of a classic Upstate NY Barn. I plan to use Premiere for future projects.
They not only cleaned up every night, they even made sure all nails and screws were picked up. They picked up all the trash, even after it was done, they did the same thing.

It was a pleasure working with everyone I was in contact with at Premier Roofing from start to finish. Everyone was extremely professional, took the time to answer my questions, and completed the roof in the time frame promised. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs you may have.
We hired Premier Roofing to replace the roof on the extension of our house as well as replace the flashing on two sections of the chimney.The problems began when the subcontractors used by Premier Roofing reversed into our garage, causing significant damage to the siding. At no point during the day did they inform us of this despite the fact I was at home that day. They then attempted to patch the damage without our consent.We only knew of this because my wife arrived home and saw the damage done. We called Premier Roofing who accepted fault and said they'd send Adam out to check the damage.We were also unhappy with the job the subcontractors had done with the flashing as we believe it looked shoddy and unprofessional. The brick work was cut in too far, the flashing was poorly cut, there was silicone smeared over the chimney stack, the silicone around the flashing had visible gaps in it and there are areas of the white flashing where red brick dust had been siliconed over – causing it to look dirty.Adam arrived and told us the flashing looked fine to him (look at the pictures in this review to judge for yourself) but we could talk to the main office if we insisted on getting it replaced. The repair work to the outside of the garage looked okay to us so we agreed to let it slide.Premier Roofing agreed to replace the flashing and said they'd send Adam out to replace it the following week. A day before he was due to replace the flashing, Premier Roofing called and said he was “out of town”. Rather than send anyone else out to replace the flashing, they offered us $150 to forget about it. We said we'd think about it but weren't happy with the outcome.The next morning I also discovered that a beam that holds the garage door had cracked. This beam was in line with where the subcontractor's van had crashed into the garage. At that point we asked Premier Roofing for their insurance details so we could file a claim for repairs to the garage.As it turned out, the subcontractor didn't have commercial vehicle insurance at all so we were unable to file a claim against them. So we had to call Premier Roofing again and ask for them to cover the damage to the garage and replace the flashing as $150 wasn't going to cut it.We received a quote from another roofing company and sent it over. Premier Roofing eventually sent a contract to us that agreed to pay this amount but only if we signed a non-disclosure clause (specifically mentioning negative online reviews) and waived them of all liability. We didn't think it was fair that we should have our silence bought merely for the value of the damage caused and the poor work that needed to be replaced so we refused.We informed them that we'd take them to small claim's court unless they paid for the damages without the non-disclosure clause and liability waiver attached.Rick Ozer, the owner of Premier Roofing, then sent us an email that explained the subcontractor had made a mistake and that's what liability insurance was for. When we wrote back that his subcontractor didn't have the proper insurance and that was a major part of the problem we didn't get another response – although they did finally deduct the damages from our final bill.The entire ordeal took months to deal with and we don't feel like Premier Roofing dealt with it in a professional manner. We had other issues with them and their subcontractor during this process but there's not enough space to mention them all here.We can't recommend Premier Roofing after our experience with them and hope to never have to deal with them again.
Premier Roofing is fast, efficient, and professional. Got a quote in one day. The roof was completed just about 3 weeks after the quote. I am quite happy with the results. It looks great! The installation crew was on-time and fast. They were in and out in one day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. A very good crew. Special thanks to Mo for the fast and professional quote.
Premier was able to install my roof in less than a day and a half, and all at a reasonable and competitive price. I was also able to work with the contractor on site to install a skylight to my dimensions. Happy with my experience.

This entire experience was so easy and fast. Everyone from the desk workers to the foreman were super nice. The roofers were super fast and I never once saw them slaking off. Turns out my roof had A LOT of dry rot but replacing all the plywood and boards barely slowed them down.
From initial phone call to finished product, a great experience. Very professional operation and responsive communications. A customized quote in a binder produced on-site in his truck by the estimator (Kevin)? Who does that?!? A mailed thank you card for the order? Who does that?!? Premier did both BTW.I am *very* happy with the price, quality of material, and work crew. They did the whole job on my barn in one day; cleaned up afterward and wouldn't even know they were there (except for my beautiful new roof). Everything was quick and seamless from start to finish. Always kept in contact throughout the entire process. Always able to talk to someone when I had questions about anything. Everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. They have tons of options, but we never felt pressured or pushed into anything we didn’t want or need. Roof was done in a day once the materials were delivered. Very happy we chose them over another company/person to do the job.

After 6 estimates and study of the product and ability to handle my Structures needs, the choice was easy. Kevin's evaluation of the roof, attic, garage, overhangs and an estimate that was clear.The drone footage was a great assist. The Village Code Office made it clear no roof over allowed.The trepidations of metal are gone. Very professional in all aspects from making the appointment for the representative to come see me,checked the roof out. Measured, explained everything to me. ,Set up the time for installation, the guys were right on time,set up tools and went right to work, did a beautiful job. We had a Terrible experiance with premier.Our Brand new roof and skylights are leaking.We reached out to the manufacturer and contrary to what premier advertises they are not certified installers, which means manufacturer will not warrenty their workmanship.this is in adition to huge damages incurred during instalation.they left the buidling uncovered throughout a series of strong rainstorms leaving our property completly unprotected.All in all a terrible experiance.Would not recomend
I am typing this for my mother who got her roof replaced. The team was very cooperative, nice, respectful and professional through the whole process. It was done quickly with great clean up. Even did some roof repair were needed. Would recommend them to anyone. They also replaced fallen siding from a storm. Gave detailed quotes with pictures and explanations.
I've got to say they did a great job. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced several sheets of plywood and installed new shingles. To say they were fast and thorough would be an understatement. They did all of this in one day and the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Premier roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
This was the 1st time I need to have a roof installed so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called around to several places and most of them couldn't even come look at my roof to give an estimate for months and I had a leak so I needed it done quickly. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and spoke with Moe until the roof was finished was nothing but complete professionalism! I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and replace my house roof. It only took them 1 day to replace my house roof and my garage roof! Responsiveness was impressive. Was hoping for getting on the list for spring. The whole process was complete with appointments setting, estimate , product delivery and completion within5 weeks. Locally owned, efficient and neat. The professional crew showed up and worked the full day on a Saturday to complete the job. So many of this things sound basic and simple but not many contractors deliver this type of service. My roof looks great and I highly recommend Premier roofing

Very satisfied with Premier Roofing from the initial estimate through the final installation. Met with one of the partners who was extremely professional and honest who took the time to go over a few options for me. I decided to opt for a full removal of the existing roof shingles and installation of new asphalt shingles. We also had 4 skylights installed to replace older ones. The job was done in one day by the crew who was supervised by Juan. He was the consumate professional and so very well mannered throughout the project and kept everything moving along. We had a metal roof installed. The crew did a fantastic job. It was so hot out, but they kept on working. We are very happy with how the roof looks. Juan answered any questions we had. I am just waiting on pictures from Juan that he took from above.
Juan and a crew of 7 showed up at 8:15 on a Saturday. They did the whole roof in 1 day. Stripped shingles, removed fiberglass panels from the deck, and replaced 70 sheets of plywood. They installed the new shingles on the house and metal on the deck. At 8:30 that night we had a new roof and a dumpster full of debris. Excellent job and faster than I could have guessed. Call them! They did a great job for us.

Called for an estimate on having our roof replaced. Rick came out in a few days, was very professional and had a very thorough estimate ready quickly. The price was great especially given today's economy and compared to other estimates that we'd gotten. High quality materials were delivered, the crew showed up on time and our new roof was installed in one day (a very long day for the roofers). The roofers worked hard and did a great job including clean-up. Couldn't be happier.
We replaced a shingle roof with a metal one from Premier. They did a great job of installing, and inspecting the roof decking. Their clean up was amazing! They made sure that the area was pristine! The crew was friendly and worked rather than chatting their time away. The new metal roof was on in no time. We were informed of areas that needed additional tlc and they were able to take care of it. Overall a good experience with the installation.In regard to the sales crew, we had our first salesperson no show, and I had to call and find that out. The second one, who was able to come the next day, did a great job with the estimate. The concern was the follow through communication. Things that he stated he would call me about the next day, I ended up calling several days later to get the answers. He was good at communicating when the crew was on the job and questions needed answered.The office staff was phenomenal!! They were responsive to questions and kept us informed of changes regarding crew arrival time.
We needed our roof done in a timely manner so that we could proceed with the sale of our home. Premier was incredibly responsive, got someone out quickly to do an estimate and even with Covid shipping and product issues others are having, they were done with the job within 10 days from when we gave them our deposit! The crew that came to do the roof was quick, efficient, and neat. They were done in just a matter of hours! The new roof is beautiful and will last for the new owners!

I had a great experience with Premier Roofing. Adam is the best! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was able to install a new roof on my house and garage in about a day and a half. They were really nice and professional. My new roofs look great and the price was good too. I went with the basic black option. Because the material is a little reflective, the black looks a bit more like charcoal than a true black, which is perfect for me.
Came in with the best quote. Many options with roofing materials. Did exactly what they said they would do. Friendly, hard-working crew. Good communication from supervisory staff. Left everything tidy. Pleased with new roof and gutters.
